Demonstrating holding and illegal blocks at various locations … proper signaling and administration.

11:45 AM – 12:30 PM Ratings, tournament selection, 5 man vs 7 man officiating,concerns about the officiating pool( are we losing, gaining or holding our own) and what is the MHSAA focusing on in regards to high school football.

2:45 PM – 3:45 PM Penalty Adminstration…” The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.” A basic review of rule 10 with scenarios for discussion. Included are situations which, without a solid understanding, will “open the door” for faulty administration.
